About Alfons AI

Alfons AI is a Europe-based Human-in-the-Loop AI training and evaluation company helping organizations build safer, more reliable, and production-ready AI systems. AI does not scale on compute alone. It scales on human judgment. We design and operate structured human feedback pipelines across text, audio, image, and video, combining expert contributors, multilingual European coverage, and rigorous evaluation workflows to improve model performance where automated systems fall short. In today’s competitive AI landscape, being average is not enough. Models must perform outstandingly in safety, reasoning, alignment, and real-world robustness. Human-in-the-Loop training enables early detection of failure modes, reduces bias, validates outputs, and strengthens trust before deployment. Our services include:
• Human-in-the-Loop AI training and evaluation
• RLHF and preference modeling
 • Domain-specific expert annotation (law, medical, engineering, and more)
 • Multilingual and multimodal evaluation across European languages and regional variants
• Safety testing and structured model assessment We support AI teams that require scalable human feedback workflows without compromising quality, compliance, or transparency. Based in Europe and working with vetted contributors across the region, Alfons AI is committed to responsible AI development and high-quality human oversight. The result: AI systems that are not only capable, but safer, more aligned, and ready for real-world deployment.
