About Alift.io

Alift.io helps early-career talent gain the real-world experience they need to start their professional journeys, while empowering startups, NGOs, and small businesses to achieve more with motivated talent. We solve the frustrating cycle every graduate knows: you need experience to get a job, but you need a job to gain experience. At the same time, many organizations struggle to move projects forward because they lack the budget or resources to hire full-time employees. Alift.io bridges this gap. We connect ambitious early-career professionals with meaningful projects across tech, data, design, and business. For talent, it’s the opportunity to gain portfolio-worthy experience and verified recommendation letters. For organizations, it’s a way to tap into fresh skills, energy, and ideas to accelerate growth and impact. Our platform makes collaboration simple and outcome-driven: • Organizations post and manage job openings with ease • Our smart matching system suggests the best candidates • Track progress in a streamlined dashboard • Build credibility through completed projects and recommendation letters Whether it’s a startup testing an MVP, an NGO expanding its outreach, or a small company improving its digital presence, Alift.io brings together motivated professionals and organizations to create mutual value. ✨ Our mission is clear: to empower the next generation of talent to break into the workforce while helping resource-limited organizations thrive.
