About Alight

At Alight, we’re on a mission to kick carbon off the grid by helping large businesses transition to solar energy. As we continue expanding across the Nordics, including utility-scale solar, BESS, Energy Hubs, and powered land initiatives, grid strategy is becoming one of the most critical enablers of our growth. We’re now looking for a Senior Grid Manager to own and shape Alight’s Nordic-wide grid strategy and help ensure our development pipeline is built around what is actually grid-realistic.
