About Align By Design

Align By Design (ABD) was founded by Sirisha and Harish, life partners and co-creators of frameworks that help ambitious companies scale with clarity and alignment. What began as a collaboration between Sirisha’s expertise in helping founders articulate their company’s DNA and Harish’s experience at Choose To Thinq, where he helped leaders reinforce values and culture at scale, has evolved into a dedicated practice to bridge the Think–Say–Do gaps that limit growth. Since 2019, ABD has worked with founder-CEOs, leadership teams, and increasingly PE-backed companies to tackle the toughest scaling challenges: • Turning strategy into disciplined, aligned execution, • Building leadership teams that can step up to enterprise-level scale, • Embedding culture and values as drivers of performance, and • Equipping organizations to sustain growth under investor timelines. In 2023, this vision crystallized into Align By Design - a firm rooted in the belief that alignment is the ultimate competitive advantage. Our proprietary frameworks - SCALE and the Dilemmas Resolution Framework (DRF) - provide both CEOs and investors with clear diagnostics and actionable playbooks to unlock enterprise value. For CEOs, ABD is a trusted partner in scaling with purpose. For PE investors, ABD is a force multiplier that accelerates portfolio growth by aligning strategy, leadership, and execution.
