About Alignment AI

We partner with firms doing $500K–$5M annually who are ready to scale intelligently, attract premium clients with ease, and lead their market with data-driven precision. If you run a luxury remodeling or customization firm, you don’t have a lead problem. You have a speed and consistency problem: — inquiries that go cold — follow-ups that slip through the cracks — bids that stall — referrals that aren’t systemized And every missed follow-up can mean a six-figure project that never gets built. We’re Arlene, Alex, and Farrah Gascoine, and we help luxury home remodeling firms turn exceptional work into predictable, high-quality demand — without hiring three more coordinators. What we build: an AI Growth Engine for your firm. A done-with-you / done-for-you growth system that removes friction, automates the busywork, and strengthens every stage of your sales pipeline — while keeping the experience premium and human. What it helps you do: → Capture and qualify inquiries faster (without sounding automated) → Follow up consistently via text, email, and smart scheduling → Reduce bid and estimate delays with timely reminders and next-step nudges → Improve close rates with a clear, repeatable sales process → Keep your pipeline warm through reactivation and referral prompts The outcome: fewer leaks, faster decisions, and a pipeline you can actually trust. What’s included (high level): • Pipeline and follow-up automation • Lead qualification and booking workflows • CRM cleanup with a true “no lead left behind” system • AI-assisted messaging that still feels refined and personal • Weekly performance checkpoints — so it never becomes shelfware The kind of results that matter in luxury: – More consistent follow-up – Cleaner handoffs from marketing → sales → production – A better client experience from first touch to signed agreement
