Alignment Cubed jobs and careers

About Alignment Cubed

Alignment Cubed helps leaders simplify complexity by choosing one of four organisational identities – and then aligning everything else around it. Founded by industry executives, Jonathan Pearce and Majid Islam, we leverage decades worth of experience working in top-tier roles within the biotech and life science sectors, to help our clients navigate the complexities of leading an organisation in a constantly evolving world. Alignment is the critical differentiator between good companies and great ones. While misaligned organisations struggle with confusion, indecision and stagnation, aligned organisations channel their energy toward breakthrough performance. The companies that thrive in today’s BANI world aren’t the ones with the best technology, the brightest talent or the most funding. They are the ones where everything and everyone is aligned and pulling effectively together in the same direction. We facilitate powerful conversations to increase cohesion and clarity, simplify complexity and bring about holistic alignment in weeks, that organically takes years. By helping business leaders address systemic misalignment issues over short-term fixes, we establish Alignment Through Identity; bringing a clear foundation and a strategic approach that simplifies prioritisation and decision-making. Teams quickly become more engaged and competent and there’s an increased level of capability and a reduced dependency in all directions, making a measured transformational difference.
