About ALK Talent Sports

ALK Talent, Inc. is a boutique management firm dedicated to providing unparalleled attention to a small, exclusive list of clients. With a focus on communication, honesty, and long-term strategy, we serve as advocates, mediators, and partners in building your success. Founded and operated by Adam Kirschner, a New York City-based agent with years of experience representing top talent, ALK Talent brings a unique blend of legal expertise and a people-first approach. As an attorney in good standing with the NY Bar Association, Adam is an exceptional contract negotiator, well-connected in the news and entertainment industries, and committed to helping clients navigate their careers with professionalism and polish. Our primary focus has been on assisting content creators and broadcast talent in all aspects of their careers. Now, we’re expanding our vision. With the emergence of NIL opportunities and the evolving needs of athletes, ALK Talent is proud to announce the launch of ALK Talent Sports—led by Ethan Kirschner and Gabriel Kadoori, operating out of New York, Austin, and Atlanta. Building on the ALK legacy of personalized attention and strategic expertise, ALK Talent Sports brings the same commitment to excellence to the world of name, image, and likeness representation. Our mission is to not only secure deals but ensure they work effectively for both the companies we collaborate with and the athletes we represent. With deep connections and a diverse talent roster, we create campaigns that deliver meaningful results for everyone involved.
