About Alkova Companies

Alkova is a real estate developer and builder, with a concentration in urban redevelopment projects located in high-density cities in Northern New Jersey. Our mission is to develop impactful mixed-use, multifamily, and retail projects which are catalyst to stimulate historically under served neighborhoods. We pursue properties located in Transit Oriented and Central Business Districts, in proximity to Manhattan, and can deliver an integrated live, work, shop, play environment. We dedicate our time in progressive cities with smart growth initiatives and are proud of our hyperlocal achievements in community involvement and place-making efforts. Art is integral to the success of the environment we build.
