About All About Humans

At All About Humans, we believe therapy shouldn’t feel stiff or clinical, it should feel like talking to someone who really gets you. The kind of conversation where you can exhale, put the mask down, and simply be yourself. We’re not just a counselling service. We’re a small, close-knit team of mental health professionals who want to make therapy accessible, real, and deeply human. Our Philosophy Human-First Therapy We’re here for the person, not the case file. Explore therapy that’s human-first, flexible, and built around you. Our online counselling services, including free discovery calls, are here to help you take that first step: - Individual Therapy - Therapy for Students - Couple Therapy - Family Therapy You’re not like anyone else, so your therapy shouldn’t be, either. We blend different evidence-based approaches with an intuitive sense of who you are and what you need.
