About Allcott Associates LLP

Since its foundation in 1999, Allcott Associates LLP has become one of the country's most highly-respected and trusted independent building consultancies. With their wide ranging experience, our chartered consultants are expertly equipped to cover all aspects of structural engineering and building surveying work for both large and small commercial ventures. Working closely with investors, commercial property owners, tenants, developers, housing associations and local authorities across Britain, our practice has flourished through client recommendation and reputation alone; testament to our professional, high quality approach. As an independent practice we are in a position to offer our clients an entire service throughout the projects we manage, ensuring quality and cost efficiency. We’re also proud of our personal approach, meaning there will always be one consultant heading up your project from start to finish. In our profession, mutual trust is one of the most important elements of any contract.
