About Alliance Workforce Ltd

Alliance Workforce is the UK’s only agency dedicated solely to supplying temporary contract Painters & Decorators. With over 20 years’ experience within the decorating industry, we understand what it takes to keep projects running smoothly without delays or wasted time. We supply time-served, fully referenced decorators across the UK, many of whom we know well from previous contracts. By rotating trusted decorators from project to project, we offer clients a reliable, consistent workforce on a flexible, hourly-rate basis with no minimum hire period. Our specialist focus allows us to place decorators local to your site, helping reduce travel costs and improve productivity. We work transparently with both clients and decorators, building long-term relationships that deliver a higher standard of service. Proud associate members of the Painting and Decorating Association, we’ve supported high-profile projects including the London Coliseum, Bullring Birmingham, Morrison’s supermarkets nationwide, and more. Specialist labour. Trusted decorators. Nationwide coverage.
