I’ve learned it’s not just what you know or who you know, but how you combine the two. EXPERTISE: Over my 30 year career, I’ve experienced both success and failure. Most importantly, I paid close attention. I know the players, patterns and parallels of what works, what doesn’t and why. INDUSTRY INSIGHT: Action Sports, it’s what I know and live. Clothing, footwear, hard goods, accessories, events, big chain, start-ups, non-profits and big profits, both domestically and overseas. My industry insight is both expansive and diverse. DIVERSE PERSPECTIVE: Sales Rep, CEO, Retailer, Manufacturer, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, Global Business Development, Product Development. I’ve been successful by putting myself in the other guy’s shoes and delivering solutions that work. CONNECTOR: One of Allwater’s greatest strengths is the vision to see how people most effectively connect and to help them leverage their strengths. This is best achieved by adding authentic value to each other and the causes they serve.
