About Almy Education

Almy Education is the only gateway course consultancy that combines proven methodology with hands-on, 'done with you' implementation support. We partner with colleges, universities, and state systems, and non-profits to redesign gateway courses, turning systemic challenges into scalable, sustainable success for students and institutions alike. Our mission is to achieve quantifiable results at scale through faculty-led implementation strategies. Led by current and former faculty who understand both systemic change management and classroom realities, we focus on what works in practice. Our proprietary Gateway Success at Scale framework targets the core pillars that drive lasting improvement: Culture, Systems, and Classroom practices. By working alongside your team as implementation partners, we deliver measurable improvements in student outcomes, foster faculty buy-in, and build a culture of continuous progress. Our partnerships with over 100 institutions and multiple state-level systems have resulted in significant increases in course completion, retention, and student success. We provide the expertise and support needed to implement lasting change that works for faculty, staff, and students, eliminating barriers to academic achievement.
