About Alo Hakeem

Who We Are Alo Hakeem is Syria's premier digital intermediary platform, dedicated to revolutionizing home healthcare. We seamlessly connect individuals and families with a verified network of licensed medical professionals. Purpose-built for resilience, our platform establishes a new standard of trust and transparency through an accessible call center and website, bridging a critical gap in the Syrian healthcare landscape. The Challenge We Address The Syrian healthcare sector is in a state of crisis, exacerbated by the loss of over 70% of its medical workforce and crumbling infrastructure. Our research reveals a direct consequence: more than 60% of the population struggles to find reliable nursing or physical therapy in urgent situations. This systemic failure, rooted in the lack of a unified and trustworthy channel, forces families to depend on unregulated personal networks that offer no quality control or accountability. Our Service Portfolio Home Nursing: Qualified nurses delivering specialized in-home care, including medication administration, wound care, and continuous health monitoring. Home Physiotherapy: Customized rehabilitation sessions within the patient's home to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and restore strength and independence. Elderly Care: Comprehensive support and ongoing health monitoring for seniors, enabling safe, comfortable, and dignified living at home. Mobile Radiography: Convenient, in-home diagnostic imaging (e.g., X-rays) for patients with limited mobility. Mobile Laboratory Analysis: Home collection of medical samples (e.g., blood, urine) by certified technicians, with results delivered directly to you. Special Needs Care: Holistic, individualized programs offering ongoing psychological, social, and medical support to enhance the quality of life and independence for individuals with special needs.
