About Alpha Investment Partners (AlphaIP)

Our team members averages more than 25 years of experience managing equity markets businesses in Sydney, Hong Kong, New York, London, Johannesburg, and Seoul. We enable new investment into both large and small ASX listed companies via innovative facilities that have been used extensively in these and other offshore capital markets, but rarely in Australia, until recently. These funding facilities avoid many of the acknowledged shortfalls of traditional capital raising, while delivering flexibility to the company as well as reduced costs and fewer time constraints. We enable companies to maximise their balance sheet capacity as and when necessary. We are proud of our Australian heritage and are genuinely excited to provide ASX-listed companies with internationally acknowledged investment strategies that optimise both balance sheet opportunities and shareholder returns.
