About Alpha Technical Training

At Alpha Technical Training (RTO: 45289), we are dedicated to developing a thriving and inclusive trades community in New South Wales. We specialize in delivering high-quality, nationally recognized vocational education in electrotechnology, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Our mission is to empower skilled professionals to fast-track their careers and gain formal recognition without the traditional four-year apprenticeship model. We achieve this through streamlined, flexible hybrid courses that fit into your busy life and current employment. With a student-first approach, every decision we make centers on your success. We offer free career consultations, credit transfers based on prior academic records, and flexible payment plans to reduce barriers. We are also committed to increasing the participation of women and people from diverse backgrounds in the trades. Beyond providing qualifications, our vision is to be a hub for career growth—supporting technicians at every stage of their journey. From gaining industry knowledge and obtaining licenses to starting your own business and accessing ongoing technical guidance, we’re here to help you build a sustainable future. Through our strong internal network and mentorship opportunities, we aim to create an ecosystem where every tradie feels empowered, supported, and equipped to lead within Australia’s growing trade industries. Join us in building the future of the skilled trades. Connect with us to learn how our fast-tracked certification programs can help you gain the skills and formal qualifications you need to succeed.
