About Alpine Global Solutions

Most owners don’t need more hustle. They need better systems. After decades leading teams in high-stakes environments — military, executive, and small business — I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: Good owners trapped by businesses that depend on them for everything. I help owners: • Replace chaos with clarity • Build systems that scale • Empower teams without losing control • Reclaim time, focus, and margin I’m the author of The Owner’s Playbook, a practical guide to designing businesses that run without heroic effort. If your business feels heavy, reactive, or stuck — it’s not a motivation problem. It’s a design problem. Drawing on three decades of leadership experience, I help contractors escape the paradox of working harder for diminishing returns. My expertise in contracting stems from both sides of the procurement process. As a retired Marine Corps Colonel who managed complex programs at Headquarters Marine Corps, I gained invaluable insights into large enterprise operations and procurement priorities. As a small business owner myself, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of building a sustainable contracting business. My holistic approach addresses the specific challenges that cause traditional business advice to fail contractors. Clients particularly value my specialized guidance on: • Compliance-efficient operations that reduce administrative burden without sacrificing quality • Leadership development for teams • Transition strategies for businesses ready to grow • Building transferable business value beyond founder dependency With academic credentials including degrees from the United States Naval Academy, Marine Corps University, and the U.S. Naval War College, plus certification as both a expert business advisor and a nonprofit executive, I bring both practical experience and theoretical knowledge to my advisory work.
