About Alternative Consultants Ltd.

Alternative is a small independent consultancy that has a reputation built on delivering challenging projects, on time, within budget and often above our client’s initial expectations. Our expertise lies in… HR Project Management Employee Engagement Performance Management Leadership Development Careers HR systems / Intranet implementation … an expertise backed up by a strong track record of delivery that speaks for itself. We pride ourselves on being approachable, easy to deal with and delivering practical solutions in often challenging environments. By the very nature of our clients business the projects we work on often have international reach and involve dealing sensitively with political and cross cultural issues. We try not to position ourselves as experts, but as a flexible and experienced resource who helps simplify complex situations and balances pragmatism with best practice. Historically, we have worked closely with a small number of blue chip clients. Once a relationship has been built, more often than not it lasts for many years. Typically engagements take the form of "concept to full implementation" projects, short consultancy projects or interim management roles, where we offer a flexible alternative to appointing large and expensive consultancies or permanent recruitment.
