AltSpot Capital is a private equity platform focused on structured growth capital and select co-investment opportunities across private markets. We invest $500K–$5M in preferred equity solutions for scaling, revenue-generating companies, providing founders with flexible, non-dilutive or minimally dilutive capital to grow without relinquishing control. Our structures are designed to generate current income with equity participation, targeting strong risk-adjusted returns over a 2–4 year horizon. We focus on a segment of the market underserved by traditional capital — businesses too mature for venture capital, yet too asset-light for conventional lending — and apply disciplined underwriting and institutional structuring to bridge that gap. In parallel, we provide qualified investors with access to curated co-investment opportunities alongside established venture, private equity, and infrastructure sponsors through longstanding relationships. Our investment focus includes AI infrastructure, data centers, enterprise software, healthcare, and energy platforms.
