About Altus Properties

Altus is a real estate investment firm with over 5.25 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties. Altus' cycle-tested, generationally proven platform and understanding of real estate dynamics allows our team to anticipate the needs of our investments and optimize risk-adjusted returns for our private and institutional partners. Our focus on select secondary markets provides us with local insight, robust off-market deal flow and economies of scale in investment, asset management and operations. As a vertically-integrated company, we are able to optimize portfolio returns by reacting in real-time to local market movements, and controlling all stages of an investment’s lifecycle. Altus works collaboratively and cross-functionally to source off-market transactions, underwrite opportunities and optimize the performance of portfolio assets with an emphasis on long-term value creation. Our in-house team of over 50 professionals handles critical real estate functions including acquisitions, capital markets, property management and asset management.
