Alupar Investimento SA is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the electric utilities sector. The Generation division includes renewable electricity generation through hydroelectric power plants (HPPs), small hydroelectric plants (SHPs) and wind farms in Brazil, Colombia and Peru. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries, such as Transminas Holding SA, Windepar Holding SA, Alupar Inversiones Peru SAC and Alupar Chile Inversiones SpA. The Company is controlled by Guarupart Participacoes Ltda.
