About Always Fishing Hospitality Group

There’s a reason the most demanding clients — Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, universities, and premier event venues — come back to Always Fishing Hospitality Group. In an industry built on handoffs and hope, we operate differently: as a single, integrated hospitality company that designs, produces, staffs, feeds, and runs the entire experience from one team, under one roof. Who We Are Always Fishing Hospitality Group is a full-service hospitality operator headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in corporate event production, catering and culinary programming, beverage operations, and scalable institutional meal systems — delivered not as disconnected services, but as a coordinated operating platform built for execution. Our name reflects our philosophy. In hospitality, you’re always fishing — always preparing, always anticipating, always working before the guests arrive and long after they leave. We bring that relentless operational mindset to every engagement, whether it’s a 20-person executive dinner or a 5,000-person institutional feeding program. What We Do Most clients come to us after experiencing what fragmented hospitality looks like: a caterer who doesn’t talk to the bartender, a venue coordinator who doesn’t own the timeline, a staffing agency that shows up without context. The result is gap-filled execution and a client who ends up managing vendors instead of experiencing the event. Always Fishing eliminates that problem. We integrate every layer of hospitality into one accountable team. Our Platform Always Fishing Hospitality Group is the master brand and operating company. Our four specialist brands — Culinary Eye, Spirited Beverage Co., Bar Car, and Metal and Match — each bring deep expertise in their respective disciplines. When deployed together under the Always Fishing umbrella, they function as a single, coordinated hospitality system. The integration is always available. The quality is always consistent.
