About AM Project Partners

At AM Project Partners, we don’t just find talent — we build it. With nearly three decades of hands-on experience in civil, marine, and infrastructure construction, we understand the challenges the industry faces; and the opportunities that come from growing the right people. Our purpose is simple: to help the construction industry thrive by connecting great people with great projects, and by giving them the tools to succeed. We specialise in three core areas: 🔹 Recruitment We connect motivated professionals with leading contractors, consultancies, and infrastructure delivery authorities. Every placement includes three months of structured mentoring, regular online coaching, and twelve months of free access to our professional development platform — ensuring candidates succeed from day one. 🔹 Learning & Development Our tailored training programs for engineers, project managers, and supervisors help organisations strengthen capability and grow future leaders. Courses are delivered online, live, or on-site — always practical, relevant, and built on real industry experience. 🔹 Consultancy With over 160 projects delivered across Australia, founder Matt Hollstein provides project management and advisory services that combine technical expertise with a people-first approach. From planning and procurement to leadership coaching, we help construction businesses perform better — at every level. We believe that when you build capability, you build stronger projects, better teams, and a more resilient industry. 📍 Based on the Gold Coast, Australia 🌏 Operating across Civil, Marine & Infrastructure sectors Let’s build something exceptional — together. 🌐 www.amprojectpartners.com.au
