About Amanah Wellness

Amanah Wellness is a California-based telehealth psychotherapy practice providing confidential mental health care and professional coaching for individuals navigating demanding careers and complex life transitions. Our clinicians work with professionals across industries including technology, media, leadership, entrepreneurship, and public service who seek thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy that supports both personal wellbeing and long-term sustainability in their work and relationships. The practice was founded on the belief that ethical care, fair clinician compensation, and thoughtful professional development are essential to creating meaningful and sustainable mental health services. Amanah Wellness operates within a clinician-centered model that prioritizes integrity, relational care, and responsible stewardship of both client wellbeing and professional practice. Services are delivered primarily through secure telehealth across California and are designed to remain accessible for professionals who travel frequently or maintain demanding schedules. Shorter session formats and executive-focused coaching options are available for individuals balancing leadership responsibilities, high-performance careers, and personal wellbeing. Our clinicians provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. The practice includes both licensed clinicians and associate therapists developing toward licensure through structured supervision and professional mentorship. Amanah Wellness also serves as a confidential referral resource for organizations seeking external mental health support options for staff working in high-pressure environments.
