We provide strong challenge and support to our Academies and ensure they deliver success for all. Professional development, challenge and support are at the heart of ensuring our staff are some of the finest teachers so they can deliver outstanding teaching. Our Trust benefits greatly from the combination of mainstream and special schools within the Trust, enabling staff to benefit greatly from collaborative learning. We were appointed a Teaching School in 2014 which has enabled us to build on our successful outreach and teacher training work. We now provide extensive support to many schools and Academies.
