About AME Consulting & Leadership Coaching

Leadership isn’t just strategy — it’s presence, influence, and the courage to show up fully in high-stakes spaces. Too often, women—especially Women of Color—step into leadership without tailored support to navigate these realities. That’s where I come in. The “Messy Middle” of Leadership: ✔️ Leading when you’re the only one in the room ✔️ Navigating complex conversations under pressure ✔️ Building executive presence without losing authenticity ✔️ Influencing decision-makers at the table ✔️ Balancing visibility, trust, and career growth — all at once Most leadership coaching misses these nuances. My work doesn’t. 👋 I’m Aileen Edwards, an Executive Coach, HR Executive, Certified Coach (ACC), and Crucial Conversations® Facilitator with 30+ years of leadership experience. I understand both the corporate realities and the lived experience of leading in spaces not built for you. I help women leaders: ✔️ Build presence that commands respect ✔️ Strengthen influence under pressure ✔️ Lead crucial conversations with courage & clarity ✔️ Thrive in leadership without burnout Client Results: ✨ Greater confidence in high-stakes moments ✨ Increased visibility and influence with senior leaders ✨ Promotions into senior roles ✨ A stronger, more authentic leadership identity Who I Work With: 💡 Women leaders ready to sharpen communication and influence 💡 HR/DEI leaders building inclusive leadership pipelines 💡 Organizations committed to advancing Women of Color in leadership If you’re ready to rise without shrinking — let’s connect. 📧 [email protected]
