About America West Properties, Inc.

America West Properties, Inc., is a full service real estate management company serving institutional and private investment client needs. The focus of our success has been to manage real estate from the owner’s perspective, maintaining a very personal hands-on approach. We currently manage over 4,000,000 square feet of retail, industrial, office and medical/dental projects. America West Properties has assembled a team of seasoned professionals with a combined 60 plus years of experience. America West offers full service property management and accounting services that can be tailored to the individual property’s specific requirements and to the needs of the client utilizing Yardi Voyager, CoStar, Loopnet, and corporate/property website.
