About American Carton Company

American Carton Company is an established, women-owned folding carton manufacturer located in DFW Metroplex since 1992. As an independent and full-service paperboard manufacturer, ACC routinely designs and produces innovative packaging solutions. ACC has capabilities to create a look which will “jump off the shelf” through the use of creative carton design, high-quality graphics, specialty coatings, embossing, foil stamping, windowing, etc. The goal of ACC’s team of experienced folding carton professionals is to listen to the needs of our customers and to build a relationship based on providing a quality product and exceptional service. “Packaging is the first interaction consumers have with a product. Whether it’s a coating to make it soft to the touch, a glossy effect to catch the eye, printed graphics to convey a brand’s story, or a custom structural design that leaves a lasting impression – it all enhances the end-user’s experience and establishes trust in the brand. That moment is the reason why we are so passionate about what we do here at American Carton Company. Our goal is to deliver quality paper-based packaging with excellent service that gives our customers confidence their product will make that first impression memorable.” -Trent Tucker, GM Certified for all market segments, in-house capabilities include: FDA-compliant carton manufacturing; advanced color reproduction systems; digital prototypes; 3D virtualization; sheet-to-sheet lamination; window film application; digital covert and overt coding for supply chain protection; on-site paperboard inventory; in-house sheeting; 8-color UV and conventional sheet-fed printing with special-effect coatings; etc.
