About American Journal of Trial Advocacy

The American Journal of Trial Advocacy is the nation's oldest law review devoted to the art of trial advocacy. We are one of the two student-managed journals at Cumberland School of Law. Students within the top one third (1/3) of their 2L class are invited to write on to the journal by submitting a comment and completing a citation examination. The American Journal of Trial Advocacy is currently accepting article submissions to be considered for publication in the Summer and Fall books. Details about how to submit, our preferences, and subject matter can be found at the following link: http://www.cumberlandtrialjournal.com/submissions/
