Amerinote Xchange is a loan acquisition firm based out of San Francisco, CA which specializes in the purchase and management of performing and non-performing mortgage notes and performing, small business notes, nationwide. Our investment appetite and primary focus as a secondary market debt-investor is geared towards privately-held mortgage notes and business notes (created via seller-financed transactions), although we will consider institutionally-originated mortgage notes that are reviewed on a case by case basis (only).
