About Amethyst Raccoon

Your business has grown faster than your systems can handle. Data is everywhere: spreadsheets, different tools, someone's head. You can't make confident decisions because you don't trust what you're looking at. Sound familiar? Most bookkeepers and accountants won't help with this. They want clean data coming in, not messy reality. They’re also laser-focused on one portion of your data; you know you need the bigger picture. And you're not big enough to hire a full-time data analyst yet. That's where I come in. I work with growing SMEs whose systems are breaking under the weight of their own success. I pull everything together and give you clarity: custom dashboards, automated reports, scenario planning... whatever you need to make data-informed decisions without losing sleep. One example: I helped a small charity go from "everything's in Pam's head" to quadrupling their turnover in 4 years. They went from struggling with just 3 trustees to a full board of 13. Because they could finally speak confidently about what they were doing, they were able to attract time and money to their cause. I help you answer questions like: • Should we book this event or will it lose money? • When should we hire (or should we restructure instead)? • Which clients are profitable and which are costing us? • Where's our money actually going? • Where’s our profit actually coming from? I take a holistic view. Sometimes the most important things are unquantifiable, and I keep you and your team (the humans) in mind when making recommendations. If your systems are held together with spreadsheets and hope, you probably need a Sara-Jayne. Drop me a message or book a call: https://www.amethystraccoon.co.uk/intro-call/
