About AMG Technologies Oy

AMG Technologies provides advanced digital subsurface solutions for infrastructure diagnostics. We support owners, operators, and contractors of road and railway networks, as well as airports, in leveraging todays digitalization tools to enhance infrastructure durability. Our solutions enable more sustainable operations by optimizing maintenance, reducing the unnecessary use of raw materials, lowering costs, and extending the lifespan of critical infrastructure. Competitive advantage of the solutions: Our strength lies in the combination of three key elements brought together by a multidisciplinary team with decades of recognized experience in the road, railway, and airport sectors: - Advanced expertise in non-destructive testing digital equipment used within the solution. - Extensive experience in infrastructure design and rehabilitation, ensuring practical and scalable applications. - In-depth knowledge of aircraft, airfield characteristics, traffic loads, and motorway behaviour, including their interactions under various scenarios and the resulting impacts. This also includes the ability to deliver precise ACR-PCR assessments in line with ICAO 2022 standards. Benefit for the customer: Non-destructive testing is used to create a digital twin of the pavement surface and subsurface—with no impact on traffic or infrastructure. The digital twin enables targeted assessment, monitoring, and maintenance planning of subsurface conditions. The solution helps owners, operators, and contractors reduce operating costs, enhance safety, lower environmental impact, and prevent costly failures through proactive maintenance. Integrating this proactive approach into routine asset management allows early detection of infrastructure deterioration, helping mitigate structural failures and significantly reduce both direct and indirect maintenance costs.
