Amherst Cognitive Therapy is a group practice dedicated to the treatment of stress, anxiety and mood disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT. We serve adolescents, young adults, adults and older adults. We also provide guidance to parents and caregivers of younger children struggling with anxiety and mood disorders. Professional consultation and training is also provided for clinicians looking to develop CBT skills. We are located in Western Massachusetts.
