We are a licensed investment company, specialising in structuring, creating, managing and administering qualifying investor funds pursuant to Act No 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds. We are one of the most experienced companies on the Czech market active in establishing and managing qualifying investor funds. We focus on providing comprehensive services to our clients, starting from structuring investment projects on the QIF basis, followed by establishing the funds and their subsequent professional management. As part of the qualified investor funds management, we carry out projects with diverse investment parameters while we are also interested in other opportunities where we might invest.
