Extraction free kits help to overcome sample-bias in avoiding preferential binding of nucleic acids to spin columns or magnetic silica beads. The kits give high quality with yield with fungal and bacterial samples, where gram positive cell wall is difficult to lyse. These kits are lytic enzymes free kits and give correct phyla percentages in stool, soil, saliva and other microbiome studies. The plant extraction kits give pure DNA and RA free from polyphenols and other PCR-inhibitors. High quality Mastermix both for qPCR and RTPCR and for gene expression and SNP analysis are also developed for high quality testing.
