About Ampfield Aktiebolag

Ampfield is a fast growing proprietary trading firm based in Stockholm, Sweden. We operate around the clock on established, regulated exchanges in Europe and the United States. Ampfield has a proven track record with high growth in terms of turnover and profit, and a very high risk adjusted return on capital. Ampfield primarily trades liquid currency and commodity futures. Our approach to trading is mathematical, rigorous and based on the scientific method. We use only quantified and validated edges to assume a series of small calculated risks with favorable risk/reward characteristics. The business is highly automated, with computers autonomously executing trades, while continuously monitoring risks. We don't do arbitrage or make markets, and we don't participate in the arms race toward sub-millisecond execution. Ampfield is continuously looking for new talent who can contribute to our team and reinforce our competitive edge. We are particularly interested in outstanding students from the Engineering Physics program with a strong mathematical background and a genuine interest in the financial markets. We offer a dynamic and intellectually stimulating work-environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
