About Amplify Fitness

We are a CrossFit facility that aims to exceed all expectations of what a gym should be. Walk in to our space and leave knowing you are empowered to be better every day. We stand apart for many reasons. PROGRESSIVE PROGRAMMING Our workouts are designed with you in mind. They will bring you close to, but not push you over your limits. Expect dynamic classes planned out that challenge you, yet are exhilaratingly fun. CONSCIENTIOUS COACHING We pride ourselves on high-quality and effective coaching to help you achieve your goals. Everything we plan and do is with intention - from the cues we utilise, to the encouragement we give. We aren't cheerleaders, nor do we give lip service. EMPOWERING COMMUNITY We are more than just a gym. We are an inclusive community of people that refuses to settle for anything other than high levels of effort from each other. We mean it when we say " we leave no one behind". BEYOND THE WALLS We're not just focused on building our bodies and lives but also the lives of others. We're here to create impact and social change in the world and through our efforts, change can be amplified all around. We don't stand still with impact within the 4 walls, we go beyond through tech, programs and more.
