About Amy Nicholas Limited

At Amy Nicholas, we create thoughtful, timeless interiors that connect deeply with the people who live and work in them. Our emphasis is on celebrating natural materials, layered textures, sculptural form and curated details. With over 35 years of combined experience, our studio specialises in both luxury residential and commercial design across the UK—each one rooted in a commitment to authenticity, exceptional craftsmanship and timeless elegance. We work across a diverse portfolio, from modern new-builds to the careful and sympathetic restoration of listed and heritage properties. Our expertise lies in honouring the history of a space while elevating it with contemporary comfort and quiet sophistication. We believe in the quiet power of beautifully balanced spaces—where texture, form, and flow come together to create an atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting. In the commercial sector, we specialise in boutique hotels, bars, and restaurants—designing interiors that feel immersive, memorable, and beautifully curated. Whether we’re restoring period charm or crafting something strikingly modern, our ethos remains the same: timeless design with soul and substance. Every project is a collaboration, and every space tells a story.
