About Anchor Housing

Anchor Housing is a specialist housing provider focused on delivering stable, long-term housing solutions that support individuals, strengthen communities, and create sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders involved. We work at the intersection of housing, support, and social responsibility — partnering with local authorities, care providers, and property owners to deliver safe, compliant homes designed for long-term occupation. Our approach is centred on stability, dignity, and independence, ensuring that housing supports people’s lives rather than simply accommodating them. Anchor Housing specialises in structuring and securing long-term housing arrangements across supported living, social housing, and community-based accommodation. We take a careful, considered approach to every property we work with, ensuring it is suitable for the end occupants, compliant with relevant standards, and aligned with the needs of commissioning partners and providers. For property owners and investors, we provide access to professionally structured housing opportunities that prioritise long-term income stability and responsible use of property. Our focus is on sustainability and longevity — not short-term solutions — delivering housing assets backed by clear processes, robust partnerships, and a strong understanding of the sector. We believe that good housing is the foundation of strong communities. That belief underpins everything we do — from how we select properties, to how we work with providers, to how we support long-term occupancy. Anchor Housing exists to create certainty in housing, clarity in partnerships, and positive outcomes for the people who live in the homes we help deliver.
