At Andrew Kelly & Associates our Sales Department are pleased to be able to offer a complete range of complimentary services that can assist you through the house buying or selling process. We offer everything from independent mortgage advice, insurances, financial planning and conveyancing. The buying/selling process doesn’t end at the offer, we will be there with you all through the sales progression right up until you get your keys. As a Landlord, whether you have one or more properties you let, our Lettings Department are happy to manage them for you. We will ensure that your tenants are fully referenced, the property is fully compliant to meet all current legislation and the tenants’ deposits are protected and lodged with the Deposit Protection Service.
