The Company deals in residential, commercial and retail properties located in the areas of Delhi national capital region (NCR), Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan, which includes approximately 20 townships.

Founded in 1967 by Pranav Ansal and Sushil Ansal.
