About Anstey Horne

Anstey Horne is a firm of Chartered Surveyors with a longstanding reputation as a leading consultancy practice, specialising in rights of light, daylight and sunlight, party walls, fire engineering and building surveying. We are the foremost authority in these specialist fields, and have advised on some of the most recognised developments in the UK. We draw upon an unrivalled and industry-acknowledged expertise to deliver highly regarded and trusted solutions for our clients. We have a remarkably rich history, going back to 1795, which continues to influence us today. Our success in modern times is owed, in part, to our specialisation and our recognition to improving the high quality service we already provide. We strive to continually improve this expertise through training, development and investment in our people and software. At Anstey Horne we value our independence, and are committed to offering a high-quality, discreet, professional service to our clients. We believe in the importance of developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and other consultants, and the need for communicating effectively and clearly. This is demonstrated by our client base, the high proportion of repeat instructions and recommendations from other property professionals.
