About APC Flex / APC International

APC drives hiring processes to the next level by simplifying the cooperation between employer and recruitment agency through CHPORT. Successful companies have flexible demands in staffing, whether it be contract, fixed-term or long-term employment. We efficiently maintain relationships with all types of agencies on your behalf, allowing you to focus upon attracting the best talent available for the term required. APC International provides comprehensive recruitment services and offers a wide range of client job opportunities to agencies through CHPORT while APC Flex manages the onboarding and payroll services for contract placements. Historically, hiring managers were required to decide at the outset whether they wished to hire permanent, fixed-term or contract staff, followed by building contractual relationships across specialised recruitment agencies. The traditional model of employers managing multiple recruitment agencies can now be a thing of the past. APC International provides you with a single point of contact and quality-controlled candidates from a broad market while managing agency relationships on your behalf, including all your preferred agencies. The cost? Absolutely nothing to you!* Our optimised model helps recruitment agencies access larger recruitment markets for contracting, fixed-term and permanent positions, and efficiently grow through our user-friendly web portal. Therefore, they cover the cost of our service to you.
