About Apex Cloud Consultancy

Through years of experience, we have established a solid understanding of NetSuite ERP and know the true potential of the Software. We have experienced the challenges that come with major implementations and understand issues at implementation are likely to lead to a poor performing system. There can be many reasons these challenges arise, common ones are resource availability, user training and out of the box configuration with little scope for change. We see the world a little differently at Apex, and whilst going live with as little customisation as possible is a great route to a swift implementation, there needs to be an ongoing programme of improvement. We love the customisation tools available in NetSuite, but often these are either feared or not properly understood. We have vast experience in customisation and follow a tried tested methodology for solving complex challenges that aren't covered by standard system functions. We also have a lot of experience with SuiteApps, so if there's an out of the box solution pre-developed by a 3rd party that we can recommend, we will. We do not believe that every business is the same, and understand one size does not fit all, but there are many areas and processes that have distinct similarities. We utilise configuration options, leverage customisation tools, deliver robust solutions and most importantly, impart knowledge to your workforce with business specific training ensuring a firm understanding and confidence in the software. Our mission is to ensure every NetSuite instance we work with untaps all its potential, from bespoke dashboards to dynamic entry forms to complex approval workflows we've got you covered.
