Apogee Responders jobs and careers

About Apogee Responders

“In the fire service our trucks are considered rolling toolboxes, for they carry every tool we need to get the job done. That's exactly what Apogee is for life. It's been a great toolbox for my life as a fireman because it's taught me better time management skills, made me realize that my identity isn't just fire, and most importantly gave me a new community of men to dissect life with.” Jason G. - Firefighter “The Apogee program inspires you to challenge yourself in ways you haven't in years. It changes how you see, how you think, how you feel, how you look, how you act. This program will make you a true leader for your family and your department.” Trey M. - Police Officer “The Apogee program helped shine a light on areas of my life I had been dissatisfied with and unsure about how to improve. The challenges of this career require us to take personal accountability so we don't fall into a victim mentality. Working on the monthly challenges have empowered me to be the leader my family truly deserves.” Roberto R. - Firefighter Apogee Responders is a foundational mentorship experience created by first responders, for first responders.
