AppBaumeister Collective jobs and careers

About AppBaumeister Collective

AppBaumeister is a boutique collective of senior app developers, each bringing 10+ years of specialized expertise to create exceptional mobile and digital solutions. We're not a traditional agency – we're a carefully curated team of independent specialists who collaborate on enterprise-grade projects. Our collective covers the full spectrum of app development: Native Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose), iOS (Swift, SwiftUI), cross-platform solutions (React Native, Flutter), robust backend systems (Ktor, Node.js, cloud infrastructure), and thoughtful UX/UI design. Every team member is a senior expert in their field, ensuring that your project benefits from deep, specialized knowledge at every level. We've built mission-critical applications for industry leaders including IBM (Electronic Patient Record), RTL Group (streaming platform), Immowelt (real estate marketplace), and AOK Systems (healthcare apps). Our sweet spot is complex, compliance-critical applications in healthcare, finance, and government sectors, where quality and reliability are non-negotiable. What sets us apart: • Direct access to senior developers – no junior teams or outsourcing • Proven enterprise experience with millions of users • Full-stack capability from concept to App Store deployment • Deep expertise in German market requirements • Flexible engagement models: maintenance, feature development, or complete builds Whether you need to modernize an existing app, add cutting-edge features, or build something entirely new, we bring the technical excellence and business acumen that only comes from years of hands-on experience. Based in Germany, serving clients globally. Let's build something exceptional together.
