About Appleby & Townend Estate Agents

With over eight decades of experience selling property throughout Wiltshire, Paul, Lewis and their highly experienced multi award winning team invite you to allow us to be your personal estate agents. We guarantee to provide both buyers and sellers with an unrivalled customer service experience founded on our core values of honesty, integrity and transparency. Simply put, we love what we do and treat every seller, buyer, business associate and member of staff as an extension of our own family. We model the level of service we provide not on our rival estate agents but on the service you'd expect, such as that of a Michelin restaurant or five star hotel. We have learnt that doing the basics exceptionally well is a strong start coupled with actively listening to the needs of our clients. You can expect a warm welcome at our converted barn offices in Seend, Wiltshire where we can discuss your needs and you will receive honest, accurate and sound advice along with good coffee. We are convinced that the quality of our marketing is second to none. We seek to maximise the marketing exposure of your property across all the major portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, On The Market and across social media channels. We fuse the best of modern marketing methods combined with a traditional "rolled up sleeves" approach to getting busy on the phones to our database of potential buyers. Professional photography, quality floor plans and beautifully composed descriptions come as standard with no hidden costs. Viewings are accompanied by one directors, as are all valuations, sales negotiations and sales progression by your personal estate agents.
