Applied Vacuum are an ISO9001 approved company and have been involved in designing, fabricating and commissioning multi-stage Ejector Sets since the mid 1970′s, through the course of time we have perfected the design of these vacuum sets through experience and in-house developed design software. We have supplied and exported our equipment all over the world. Applied Vacuum design and manufacture an array of products to service specific steam and vacuum requirements, our complete product range includes: - Steam Jet Ejectors - Liquid Jet Eductors - Air driven vent ejectors - Steam/Air vent silencers - Steam Desuperheaters - Steam Injection heating (In-tank and In-line) - In-tank Jet Mixers - Thermocompressors - Steam Jet Liquid Sump Pumps - Steam Refrigeration systems Our equipment is generally designed to specific client requirements. Mostly the mechanical design is to ASME VIII and ASME B31.3 however we can design to any code. Applied Vacuum does all its manufacture in-house, we have supplied equipment in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, SAF2205, SAF 2507, 904L, SMO 254, Hastelloy C276, PTFE, PVC etc. Our major clients include Sasol, Natref, Astron Energy, Sapref, Eskom, Sappi, Willowton Oil, Illovo Sugar, Worley, Fluor, Megchem, Foster Wheeler (Wood), Veolia Water, Proxa, Senet, Anglo Platinum, Impala Platinum, Foskor, Arcelor Mittal and more.
