About Appraisers First AMC

Appraisers First Inc. was founded by a State Certified Real Estate appraiser to better serve the independent fee appraiser community with competitive fees, better communication as well as a professional review process. Let’s face it most appraisal management companies do not understand the day to day obligations of the independent fee appraiser. Rather they only seek the cheapest alternative to choosing an appraiser for a typical assignment without taking into consideration local area expertise and/or the quality of the completed product.
