About Apricity Consulting

Apricity Consulting works with organizations funding or delivering complex social programs—philanthropies, humanitarian actors, multilaterals, and corporate initiatives—to design and evaluate investments that work. Evaluation is a means, not an end. Our objective is learning that maximizes impact. We're an independent strategy-and-learning partner, not a firm that delivers reports and moves on. Our work starts before an evaluation is scoped. We help funders articulate strategic questions, translate them into evaluation designs, and ensure findings carry forward into real decisions. Clients come to us for honest analysis of what's working, what isn't, and what should change. Our team has worked on the funder, analysis, and implementation sides—managing large portfolios, designing monitoring systems, and working frontline in conflict settings. We understand what decisions need to be made before an evaluation begins and the realities that shape whether programs succeed or fail. How we work: We start by understanding the commitment you made—what change you were funding and how you'll know if you're on track. Evaluations are designed around decisions clients need to make, not just to document outcomes. Community voice is integrated throughout. We work across global health, climate adaptation, and international development. And we give candid feedback, even when it's uncomfortable. When clients need more than evaluation, we provide strategic support—from investment design and theory of change development to MEAL system design, capacity building, and implementation support. We mobilize local teams backed by global expertise—in-country teams who understand context, supported by our international network. Reach out at [email protected] or apricityconsulting.org
